No Board Cribbage

The goal here was to create something as close to the original Cribbage rules as possible, but get rid of the board and the original's arcane points system. The result is something that moves pretty similarly to the original, but with a slightly different flow to it. 

You still play multiple rounds, but the game ends when the deck runs out instead of upon one player reaching a point limit. This keeps games comparatively constrained, only lasting for four or five rounds instead of dozens.
